Emmet Whelan is a Partner in the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Employment Team who advises on a wide range of employment matters for clients across sectors. He heads the department’s corporate immigration offering, is a member of the firm’s UK Steering Group, handles foreign direct investment (particularly UK companies establishing in Ireland) and acts as lead advisor to public sector bodies and Government Departments.
