Catherine Karatzas is Managing Partner at Karatzas & Partners in Greece, specialising in corporate and banking law and acting for major Greek and international clients on capital markets, banking and M&A transactions. She was an associate at Shearman & Sterling in New York (1988–1992), joined Karatzas & Partners in 1992 and became Managing Partner in 1996; she holds an LLM from Columbia University and received the IFLR Europe Women in Business Law award for financial regulation in 2015.
