Partner in the Corporate department at Van Olmen & Wynant, advising Belgian and international clients on Belgian and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity, share and asset acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations and corporate governance, with a special focus on family businesses. He was admitted to the Brussels bar and the New York State bar in 2011, previously worked for many years at a global law firm, and has served as a teaching assistant and voluntary scientific collaborator at KU Leuven.
