Delphine Tempé is a Partner at KLEYR GRASSO in Luxembourg and a member of the Corporate, Banking and Finance practice group; she joined KLEYR GRASSO in 2018 after serving as a partner in the corporate department of a global law firm based in Luxembourg. With a career spanning more than 27 years in private equity, M&A and capital markets, she advises domestic and international clients — notably financial institutions and private equity firms — on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, corporate law, financing and restructuring, and has extensive experience in AML/KYC compliance; she also regularly lectures on corporate law and compliance matters.
