Senior Partner at KLEYR GRASSO in Luxembourg with over 30 years' experience in Luxembourg law, specialising in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity offerings, private equity and capital markets. He joined KLEYR GRASSO in 2014 after more than 10 years as a partner at Linklaters LLP and lectures on company and securities law at Luxembourg University; he has also co-authored drafts of bills and books.
