Managing Partner and Head of M&A at Sarantitis, Dorotheos Samoladas joined the firm in 1993 and has more than thirty years' experience advising on corporate, M&A, restructuring and commercial law while leading a major commercial litigation practice. He advises on complex M&A (including leveraged buyouts, private equity and public takeovers), joint ventures, IPOs and privatizations, and represents corporate clients, banks, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals in court and regulatory matters.
