Nikola Stojiljković is an Attorney at Law and Partner at Law Office TSG Belgrade with over 20 years' experience advising on corporate and M&A, commercial, regulatory, dispute resolution, bankruptcy and liquidation, compliance and internal investigations, life sciences and aviation matters. He advises across the full life cycle of business entities under Serbian law and has extensive experience in mediation, litigation and arbitration; previously he served as compliance officer and deputy director of legal affairs at Serbia’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturer and spent more than seven years at a prominent regional law firm.
