Counsel at RTPR (Radu Tărăcilă Pădurari Retevoescu SCA) in Romania with extensive experience in banking and finance and capital markets, advising domestic and international banks, borrowers and security takers on syndicated and bilateral credit transactions, security interests, derivatives, cash management, restructuring and capital markets matters. She coordinated Romania's first mortgage bonds issue programme (EUR 1 billion) and has advised on major transactions including financing for the BRUA pipeline and the Globalworth secured bond financing.
