Ana Popa is Counsel at RTPR in Romania; she joined the firm in 2012. She has over a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration, acting in complex, high-value disputes across energy, insurance, technology, tax, intellectual property and employment law — notable matters include a final win before the High Court of Cassation and Justice obliging ANAF to return EUR 1.5 million, representing Electrica in a EUR 800 million litigation, and successfully assisting Bookster in an unfair-competition claim.
