Mika Lalaouni is a Partner and head of the Corporate department at Drakopoulos with a 28-year practice. She has served as strategic corporate advisor and General Counsel to listed companies Intrakat and Empedos and led the legal department of Piraeus Real Estate, advising on a wide range of real estate and commercial transactions including takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, capital raisings, joint ventures and PPPs, and conducting comprehensive compliance and due diligence programs.
