Partner and head of the IP department at Drakopoulos in Romania, Adrian Roseti represents domestic and multinational clients in infringement disputes and IP enforcement, with notable experience in trademark litigation, anti-counterfeiting raids and customs seizures. He served on INTA’s Committee for Unfair Competition (January 2016–December 2019) and is a member of the Romanian Bar Association.
