He is an experienced arbitrator — Deputy President of the International Commercial Arbitration Court attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova (CICA), Chairman of the Law and Arbitration Commission of the National Olympic Committee, and a permanent listed arbitrator for several international arbitration bodies including CACIC, AITA and the International Court of Arbitration at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan.
