Koen Bijvank is a partner at Brinkhof and a member of the firm's executive board, qualified as an attorney-at-law and as both a Dutch and European patent attorney. He specialises in patents for the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors and represents clients in patent litigation and European Patent Office opposition proceedings, acting for example as lead advocate for The Broad Institute in defence of its CRISPR patent portfolio.
