Pepijn van Ginneken is a partner at Brinkhof who specialises in competition law, EU law and regulated markets. He represents national and international clients before the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM), the European Commission, and Dutch and European courts, has extensive experience litigating before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and has specialist expertise in digital markets (telecommunications, media and platforms) and antitrust litigation including class actions.
