Partner at LGV Avvocati Studio Legale and head of the firm's German Department, admitted to the German Bar in 2006 and the Italian Bar in 2010. He specialises in IP enforcement, trademark and design protection, anti‑counterfeiting programmes and cross‑border litigation (notably Germany, Austria and Italy), and also advises on patents, commercial contracts, licensing and regulatory compliance (CE‑labelling, REACH).
