Partner in the Commercial, Real Estate and Employment advisory department at Harris Kyriakides in Cyprus, specialising in sale/purchase and lease agreements, acquisition of Cyprus assets by foreign nationals, and international license, franchise and trademark agreements. She advises on real estate development projects (office, mixed-use, residential, hotels and retail), and is regularly involved in asset acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate structuring; she also has experience in the energy and maritime sectors.
