Co-managing Partner and founding partner of Biriș Goran, Gelu Goran is a leading antitrust practitioner in Romania with more than 26 years' experience advising on competition law, merger control, cartel and dominance investigations, and antitrust compliance. He also advises on mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors and is admitted to the New York (2006) and Bucharest (1999) bars; he serves as president of the Romanian Association of Fulbright Alumni.
