Head of Energy & Sustainability Practice at Biris Goran SPARL with almost 27 years' experience, focused on energy sector matters including clean energy, access to energy, natural resource use and energy efficiency and on implementing UN Sustainable Development Goals and EU regulatory requirements. She is also a specialist in equality, diversity and inclusion, an authorized trainer and a member of the Bucharest Bar (admitted 1997).
