Mihai Nușcă is a Partner and Head of the Litigation Practice at Biris Goran SPARL in Romania with 20 years' experience handling litigation across tax, administrative, competition, commercial and white-collar crime matters, including arbitration. He joined Biris Goran in 2009, was promoted to Head of the Litigation Practice in May 2012, became a Non-Equity Partner in 2014 and an Equity Partner in early 2018.
