Virginie Colaiuta is a partner in the London office of LMS Legal LLP who acts as counsel, advocate and arbitrator in international arbitration matters arising from construction and energy projects, including cases based on investment treaties. She is admitted in England & Wales, France and New York, regularly lectures on investment treaty protections and conflicts of laws at King’s College London, and is ICP Committee Editor of the IBA's Construction Law International.
