Partner and Co-Head of Cross-Border Litigation at Impacta Law in Ukraine, Dmytro Marchukov represents sovereigns, corporates and private clients in national and cross-border litigation, transnational insolvency and receivership, asset tracing and recovery, fraud investigations, enforcement and contentious family matters. He also acts in commercial and investment arbitration, sits as an arbitrator and frequently serves as a Ukrainian law expert in proceedings and arbitrations (including ICSID) in jurisdictions such as the US, UK, BVI, Monaco, Cyprus and Switzerland.
