Valentin Georgiev is Senior Partner at Georgiev, Todorov & Co, specialising in banking, insolvency, corporate and commercial law. He has acted as receiver in major bank insolvencies (including Plama and Balkanbank), serves as Head of the Faculty of Legal Studies at Burgas Free University, and previously served as legal adviser to the Prime Minister (1991–1992).
