Sylvie Sobolová is a Partner at Kocián Šolc Balaštík specialising in public procurement, state aid, competition law, selected intellectual property matters and dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration. She advises public and private clients in highly regulated sectors and has represented parties in ICSID investment arbitration, EU/OLAF investigations and proceedings before the Czech Competition Authority and administrative courts.
