Zdravka Ugrinova is Managing Partner at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov, heading the firm’s M&A and General Corporate practice groups. She has significant experience in corporate and commercial law, including private equity transactions, acquisitions of private and publicly listed companies, joint ventures, concessions and privatizations, and has led advice to major domestic and international clients on large M&A, private equity, joint venture and privatization matters.
