Partner in the Finance and Governance department at Sérvulo & Associados since 2025, Francisco Soares Machado advises on banking, capital markets, corporate finance and governance. He previously served as principal associate and senior associate at Cuatrecasas, was an adviser to the Vice‑President of the European Investment Bank (2015–2018) and an adviser to the Portuguese Minister of State and Finance (2012–2015).
