Senior Associate in the Employment and Social Security practice at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, having joined the firm as a junior lawyer in 2009 and spent the majority of her career there. She advises national and international clients on hiring and senior executive agreements, workforce restructuring and international M&A-related employment matters, mobility and changes to working conditions, and represents clients in disciplinary proceedings and before the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, the Employment Inspectorate and Labour Courts.
