Partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados and head of the Litigation Practice since joining the firm in December 2010. A Government Lawyer (Abogado del Estado) currently on leave, he has extensive experience in civil and commercial proceedings including real estate and property claims, directors’ liability and corporate resolutions, competition private enforcement, construction and EPC disputes, public procurement, arbitration and financial disputes (including before the Supreme Court).
