Gonzalo Molina is a Partner in the Tax Practice at Ramón y Cajal Abogados in Spain, advising large companies across sectors (real estate, automotive, financial and credit institutions), family businesses and high-net-worth individuals on a wide range of tax matters. He frequently handles restructuring transactions and represents taxpayers before tax inspection authorities and in tax proceedings; he joined the firm in November 2010 from an international law firm.
