Partner at Vasil Kisil & Partners, practising since 1992 and leading the Real Estate & Construction Group as well as the Infrastructure, Energy & Natural Resources practice; he represents clients in Ukrainian courts and in international commercial arbitration. He is the designated Ukrainian partner for the World Bank Group 'Doing Business' project and serves as the Ukrainian representative to the International Chamber of Commerce on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
