Partner at RocaJunyent since 2010, he leads the firm's Banking and Financial Law area in Barcelona and its Fintech and Blockchain Group, advising national and international fintech and technology-innovation companies across the business lifecycle on regulatory validation, authorisations with the Bank of Spain and CNMV, investment rounds, shareholders' agreements, M&A and due diligence. He is regularly recognised in international directories (including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Leaders League) and is an active speaker within the fintech ecosystem.
