Managing Partner at ECIJA Chile, Gerardo Otero leads the firm's labour, information technology (TMT/IT) and corporate/M&A practices and has more than 30 years' experience advising on contracts, litigation, dispute resolution and mergers and acquisitions across sectors including health services and mining. He was previously senior partner of Estudio Jurídico Otero and has served as Professor of Procedural Law; he is also recognised in directories such as The Best Lawyers and Legal 500.
