One of Finland's most experienced M&A lawyers, involved in many of the largest and most complex public and private corporate transactions. Regularly advises boards and management on corporate governance, chairs annual general meetings for large and midsized public companies, and was awarded the honorary title "Lagman" by the President of the Republic of Finland in 2016.
