Senior Associate at Jadek & Pensa, Luka Hribernik joined the firm's transactions unit in June 2023. He previously worked in the Legal Department of the World Bank in Brussels and focuses on corporate law, banking and finance, and M&A; he holds an LL.M. in European Law from Utrecht University.
