Senior Partner and Head of the Transaction Unit at Jadek & Pensa, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring and financial law. He holds an LL.M. from Columbia University (2005) and a law degree from the University of Ljubljana (2003), is a member of the Slovenian bar (since 2007) and has been an attorney-at-law at Jadek & Pensa since 2009.
