Senior Associate in the Transactions department at Jadek & Pensa, focusing on tax law with an emphasis on direct taxation. He joined the firm as an Associate in September 2023, has experience in transfer pricing, tax inspections and restructurings, regularly publishes on tax topics and serves as an editor of domestic judicial practice at the tax journal Davčno-finančna praksa while also teaching in the field of tax law.
