Founder and Managing Senior Partner of BLV – Belvedere & Partners in Milan and a recognised leading Italian expert in administrative and real estate law. He advises domestic and international clients on major real estate development and investment transactions, has extensive contentious experience before administrative and civil courts, has served on scientific and legislative committees, and was appointed Honorary Member of Green City Italia in 2025.
