Counsel at Legance - Avvocati Associati based in Italy, specialising in data protection and cybersecurity with work on eIDAS, consumer law and IT contracts, particularly for fintech, insurtech and life sciences clients. He contributed to the Euro Privacy certification scheme, is a member of the Euro Privacy Board of Experts, serves on the monitoring body for a credit-bureau code of conduct approved by the Italian Data Protection Authority, and lectures and speaks on data protection topics.
