Andrea Silvestri is Senior Partner in the Tax department at Legance with more than 30 years' experience advising major Italian and international groups and private equity funds on corporate and value added tax, international taxation, extraordinary transactions and private client matters. He handles tax audits and disputes up to the Supreme and Constitutional Courts, joined Legance in 2023 with a team of 18 tax professionals, and is an Adjunct Professor at Università LUISS – Guido Carli in Rome.
