Fotini Mavrikaki is Junior Partner at Your Legal Partners; she joined the firm in July 2019 after ten years in private practice and advises on real estate, banking & finance, corporate and M&A matters. She has extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and project finance representing lenders on major development projects (including the Hellinikon and Primonial projects), is active in corporate and financial restructurings, regularly advises H.I.G. Capital, and serves as account manager for PREMIA.
