Partner at Your Legal Partners (joined June 2008; became partner November 2008) focusing on banking and finance, project finance, energy, real estate, public-private partnerships, privatisations and corporate/M&A. She has led the firm’s team on major structured finance and M&A transactions, has acted for sponsors and Greek banks in major project finance deals (including the Piraeus Tower Concession) and heads the firm’s team on concessions and port privatisations (Alexandroupolis and Igoumenitsa).
