She holds a master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, is undertaking PhD research on the effects of transfers of undertakings on employment relationships, teaches labour law seminars, and advises clients across sectors on restructurings, TUPE, collective negotiations, employment aspects of M&A, and employment litigation as well as administrative and fiscal proceedings.
