Head of the Real Estate Department and Partner of the Commercial, Corporate and M&A Department at LCA Studio Legale, Barbara de Muro advises national and foreign clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructuring and commercial contracts, and acts in litigation and arbitration. She also specialises in the real estate sector, handling acquisition and sale of properties and companies, investment agreements, joint ventures, construction, management and rental matters and real estate development; she has been a member of LCA since 2017.
