Managing Partner at LCA Studio Legale and founder of the original LCA (1988), he led the firm’s integration as the Italian platform for Freshfields and refounded LCA in 2004. He advises national and international clients on M&A, corporate finance, restructurings, joint ventures and equity investments, and is founder and current chairman of ASLA with multiple board roles in corporate and nonprofit organisations.
