Partner who co-heads Andersen Legal's market-leading TMT practice (ranked top-tier by the Legal 500). Previously Senior Counsel and Head of Regulatory at Vodafone Greece, where he led a 40-person regulatory team and acted as the company's regulatory representative with Greek ministries and EU bodies; he has earlier regulatory and competition experience at the National Telecommunications and Posts Commission (EETT) and as a trainee at the European Commission, and holds a Ph.D. in EU Competition Law.
