Katarzyna Petruczenko is a co-founding managing partner and attorney-at-law at Rö Radwan-Röhrenschef Petruczenko in Poland, maintaining a wide commercial dispute resolution practice and handling complex, high-profile litigation and both institutional and ad hoc arbitration with cross-border elements. She leads the firm’s insurance disputes practice and Asian Desk, has advised East Asian clients and insurers on claims totalling more than PLN 1.5 bn, represents a leading Polish bank in disputes relating to outsourcing, PSD2, AML, cybercrimes, phishing and CHF loans, and has acted in significant construction and real estate disputes (including matters for Webuild s.p.a. and a EUR 8 mln claim by Irish investors).
