Sari Wallgren is a Partner at Avance based in Finland, advising sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition, real estate and other structured finance, investment-grade lending, project and infrastructure financing, and debt capital markets; she also supports green and sustainability-linked financing. She has been a partner at Avance since 2011 and is a member of the Finnish Bar.
