Sabina Famirska is a lawyer at Hansberry Tomkiel specialising in competition and consumer protection law. She represents clients in antitrust and consumer protection matters — including vertical agreements, leniency, abuse of dominance and antitrust damages (private enforcement) — and previously worked as a case-handler at the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and led an antitrust team at a leading Polish law firm; she is an author/co‑author on competition law, served as Vice Chair of the Competition Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce, and is recognised by Chambers Europe and The Legal 500.
