Partner at Hansberry Tomkiel based in Poland. Former senior trial attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division (Oct 1980–May 1996) who led civil and criminal antitrust trials; later served as general counsel and vice president of UPC Polska and chief operating officer of Canal Plus and advises on competition/antitrust litigation and private enforcement matters.
