Founding Partner at Mareș & Mareș with over 20 years’ legal experience, recognised for litigation work across the Romanian judicial system and advising on matters including real estate, public procurement, insurance, employment, civil, commercial and family law. He holds an LLM in International and European Law and a PhD in International and European Environmental Law, previously was a senior associate at Garrigues Romania, and teaches Civil Law and Family Law at Valahia University in Târgoviște.
