Willem Leppink is an attorney at law and partner at Ploum who advises and litigates in trademark, copyright and advertising law across the Netherlands and Europe, representing well-known companies in counterfeiting and other infringement matters and coordinating European brand and marketing projects. He was previously a partner at NautaDutilh and Simmons & Simmons and chairs the organisation responsible for the professional education of Benelux trademark attorneys.
